Third long run on Friday as I can't run this weekend due to work. Hard work but got through it. Even completed the 14.6 miles in less than the 3 hours I planned.
Even better than this I got my chest pouch to attach to my lightweight rucksack for the long run. What a clever piece of kit! Map pocket on the back but can easily be flipped up to read the map whilst still firmly attached. Some many fixings too, so easy to use. Nearly ran out of time for the run because I was raving over this new toy!
Ok - back to work now.....
